This update includes features that make your take offs easier, get more information with past projects, and allows you to take off estimates with ease, faster than you could do before. Version 4.0x (2009) to current are required to run the On Screen 3D Estimator.  Update from your current version so that you are running the best version of Tradesmen's Master Estimator.

The On Screen Engine will allow you to take off digital blueprints.  The cost for the On Screen 3D Estimator Engine is as follows.  Individual keys can be activated.

BIM

We are currently offering a BIM export service for customers enrolled in our yearly technical support program.  Simply email the project taken off with Tradesmen's Software to support@tradesmens.com and we will reply to you with your project in the form of an IFC (Industry Foundation Class -  en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Industry_Foundation_Classes or http://buildingsmart.com/standards/ifc/model-industry-foundation-classes-ifc/).  This model of your 3D masonry take-off can be incorporated into BIM projects, saving you time, research and money.

 

Not on our Yearly Technical Support Program? We encourage all of our customers to be on this program. This program entitles you to Updates and Calls for the entire year! You will SAVE MONEY if you are enrolled in this program. Updates are priced accordingly and will exceed $700 in a given year and do not include the price of support calls! In order to join our support program, you will need to be running the latest version of the software. The cost of the program is $700/year for your first license (key) and $200 for each additional license. The year of support will be active from the build date of the current version of the software.
